Bonito es el mejor atn de Espaa. Es una carne suave y jugosa conservada en aceite de oliva, con la cantidad exacta de salinidad. Procede del golfo de Vizcaya, norte de Espaa.
Despus de la pesca, el bonito es lavado, hervido, fileteado y conservado. Una buena sugerencia para disfrutar de su sabor, es comerlo como tapa con pimientos rojos del piquillo.
Bonito is the best tuna in Spain. It is soft and juicy meat preserved in olive oil, with the exact amount of salinity. It comes from the Bay of Biscay, northern Spain.
After fishing, the bonito is washed, boiled, filleted and preserved. A good suggestion to enjoy its flavor is to eat it as a tapa with red piquillo peppers.
