What is an interdental? An interdental brush is a small brush specially designed for cleaning between teeth - where a normal toothbrush cannot reach. Using an interdental brush as a supplement to brushing teeth is a simple and efficient method of keeping gums and teeth healthy. Cleaning with an interdental brush protects against gingivitis, tooth decay and bad breath. Tepe interdental brushes are available in different colour coded sizes and models: Tepe interdental brushes original: straight brush head, short handle, 9 sizes. - Tepe X-soft interdental brushes: straight brush head, short handle, extra soft bristles, 6 sizes. - Tepe Angle: Angled brush head, long handle, 6 sizes. Plastic-coated wire. All sizes and models of Tepe interdental brushes have a plastic-coated wire. The interdental brushes are gentle on teeth and gums and can be safely used for implant cleaning and for the care of multi-band devices. Optimal accessibility Tepe interdental brushes Original and x-soft have a straight neck. The Tepe Angle has an angled head that provides better accessibility to the molars and the interior. The 4 smallest sizes of the original interdental brushes have a flexible brush neck for even better accessibility. User-friendly handle all interdental brushes have a flat, ergonomic handle for safe and controlled use. The Tepe Angle has a longer handle, the original and x-soft interdental brushes have a short handle that can be extended with a protective cap. The handle is made from recyclable polypropylene.
