Description
- Makes delicious flavored poke, just use the recipe on side of jar
- Add ahi, tako, mussel meat or crab, onion and the sauce for a great flavored dish
- Use one half a cup of sauce per pound of seafood

These sauces make it easy to enjoy fresh poke. We recommend using the kim chee sauce with tako (octopus), mussels or crab and the shoyu (soy sauce) one with fresh ahi tuna. For a traditional ahi poke use yellowfin or bigeye tuna and very fresh sushi- or sashimi-grade fish.
