There are many different types of mints. Holy Lama Peppermint Spice Drops have the authentic peppermint flavor which is used for sweet dishes and confectionery items such as ice cream and peppermint creams.
Peppermint Creams: 225g icing sugar, 1 egg white lightly beaten, 10 drops Peppermint Spice Drops. Sift icing sugar, add drops to half the egg white and mix egg with icing sugar to form thick paste. Roll to desired thickness and use a cutter or roll into balls. Allow to dry.
