Our Chocolate Cake Type, Natural & Artificial Flavor (Contains <0.10% Artificial Top Note) was developed for clear spirits, but can also be used in beer, cider and wine. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% in most applications. In beer start at 0.20% and adjust to taste.
